Review the application checklist and deadlines and ensure that your documents are received by the posted deadline. ³Ô¹ÏÍø will not assess your application if documents are received past the posted deadline.

View Your List of Required Documents

In your account, you will find a list of documents we require for your application. The list also allows you to confirm when we have received your documents. ³Ô¹ÏÍø does not confirm the receipt of documents by phone or email. 

  1. Log in to your *.
  2. Select the "My Applications" tab.
  3. Select your application under the "My Applications" heading.
  4. You will be brought to a form that contains your list of required documents (and instructions on what to submit).

Upload Documents to Your Applicant Portal

Instructions:

  3. Select your application under the "My Applications" heading.
  4. You will be brought to a form that contains your list of required documents (and instructions on what to submit).
  5. Upload all required documents to complete your application.

Important Notes:

  • Read through each section carefully and submit the corresponding document and/or input the requested information. Each section includes an explanation of what information you must submit.
  • Documents must be in PDF or .jpeg format with a maximum size of 5MB.
  • After you complete a section, save your progress.
  • You can start the form, save your progress and complete it later. Make sure each section is complete and correct before you submit the form.

*You can access your portal account after receiving a welcome email from our Admissions team that contains your login information.
