Anne Innis Dagg Lecture Series
Honouring Waterloo zoologist Anne Innis Dagg, this lecture series invites notable Canadian women studying animal biology to share their work. Innis Dagg was the first person to study the behaviour of giraffes in the wild and co-authored what is widely considered the most influential book about the species. Having faced sexism in academia, she also widened her research to include inequality in science and the education system.

Hunsberger Memorial Lecture
³Ô¹ÏÍø’s hosts an annual Hunsberger Memorial Lecture. Bruce Hunsberger was a faculty member in the Department of Psychology at ³Ô¹ÏÍø from 1974-2003, and served as its chair for many years. He was an influential scholar in the field of psychology and religion, and the ongoing lecture series has been created to remember his lifelong commitment to communicating psychological research to a wide audience.
