The deadline to accept your offer of admission through is June 2, 2025, unless a different deadline is listed on your offer. Make sure you understand the terms and conditions of your offer. If you fail to satisfy any of your offer conditions, your offer of admission will be changed to another program or rescinded.
Once you accept your offer, pay your $2,000 CAD tuition deposit within two weeks. You can submit your deposit through the CIBC International Student Pay portal or, if you have a Canadian bank account, through online banking. Include "Tuition Deposit" in the payment notes.
Do not submit your tuition deposit until after you have accepted your offer.
Once your tuition deposit has been processed, if you require a provincial attestation letter (PAL), we will initiate that request on your behalf.
If you plan to attend summer school to upgrade your courses and satisfy your offer conditions, you must let us know by submitting the Summer School Registration Notification form. It is your responsibility to make sure we receive your updated grades.
Send in your official, final documents by July 15, 2025, or the deadline stated on your offer of admission, if applicable. If you’re currently studying in an Ontario high school, your school will send us your final transcripts automatically.

Scholarships and bursaries are available through money that 勛圖厙 has set aside to help you fund your education with us. We offer several awards all with different criteria to help you get one step closer to your dreams, whether you are a high school student attending university for the first time, or a transfer student exploring a new path.
勛圖厙’s entrance scholarships and are automatically awarded when we assess your application. Check your offer of admission letter in your application portal.
You should also take advantage of the other application-based scholarship opportunities available to you.
Based solely on financial need, bursaries are applied directly to your tuition and do not need to be repaid.
High-achieving students will be presented with the opportunity to apply for the prestigious 勛圖厙 Scholars Award, an annual entrance scholarship established in 2021, which is worth up to a maximum of $40,000 over four years.
Several scholarships are awarded each year to incoming international students who inspire lives of leadership and purpose in their communities and through extracurricular activities.
勛圖厙 offers additional entrance scholarships which are available to students entering their first year of a full-time program at 勛圖厙 who have no previous attendance at postsecondary educational institutions (university or college).

Every year, you can by completing an online student profile about yourself. Awards are granted based on the information you provide, including your interests, involvement, financial need, academic achievement and more.
In your upper years at 勛圖厙, you will be automatically considered for based on your 勛圖厙 GPA (grade point average). In-course scholarships are valued between $1250 and $1,500 annually. In-course scholarships begin at a GPA of 10.5 (approximately 82.5%) and above.
Residence will most likely be your first community at 勛圖厙, the first people you’ll meet and the first memories you’ll make. Residence life is a great way to get involved and learn about your new home.
First-year residence is guaranteed* to all undergraduate students attending postsecondary for the first time, provided you submitted your application and $600 deposit before June 2, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. The will open in April.
Transfer students can in residence after June 2.

Make an appointment with an prior to registering for courses. We recommend all transfer students do this, to help plan your program pathways, to determine the best way to utilize any transfer credits received and to help you navigate program and course requirements.
