Our training includes standard classical repertoire, while also encouraging you to explore your unique voice through collaborative ventures in contemporary genres and contexts. In the violin department, masterclasses are shared among studios, fostering vibrant exchanges of ideas among all violinists at ³Ô¹ÏÍø.
The Penderecki String Quartet, our quartet-in-residence, has been teaching and rehearsing at ³Ô¹ÏÍø for 30 years. We embrace a cooperative approach, welcoming all who seek us out. As a student, you'll benefit from feeling like you're studying with the entire quartet.
Admission to the Bachelor of Music is determined by a holistic review of your audition, academic transcript, interview, reference and optional portfolio.

Be confident in where you are at in your development. Everyone’s path is unique as students grow in their own individual ways. Sometimes we see rapid growth in some areas. Sometimes our riddles need more time to sort through. Be patient with yourself.
Remember the audition panel wants to get to know you, so be proud of who you are and why you are. Dream big!
