Fundraising Gala and Showcase

Dear ³Ô¹ÏÍø Academy of Music and Arts Community,

We are excited to announce an upcoming gala featuring many of our very own students and instructors here at the ³Ô¹ÏÍø Academy of Music and Arts. The gala will take place on Saturday, February 24th at 7:00pm in the beautiful Lazaridis Hall Auditorium at WLU. Casual dress.

 

    

 

FUNDRAISING GOAL

This gala is the key event in our 2024 campaign to raise $20,000 to support group music and arts-based programming at LAMA. We do this to improve program resources and ensure accessibility for every member of our community. We need YOUR help!

The funds raised will go to support the ³Ô¹ÏÍø Academy of Music and Arts in the following ways:

  • Purchasing instruments for ensemble programs
  • Providing loaner instruments and equipment for students with limited financial means
  • Hardware, software and audio equipment for music technology programming
  • Need-based scholarships

Support us by:

  1. Purchasing ticket(s) for the February 24th LAMA Gala $20 for adults and $10 for children, plus tax. Children 5 and under can attend for FREE! Purchase tickets here!
  2. If you are a business-owner, consider advertising in our Gala program. Program ads are full colour, $300/full-page and $150/half-page. Contact lama@wlu.ca to arrange.
  3. Any donations to the ³Ô¹ÏÍø Academy of Music and Arts are tax-deductible and can be made or in-person at the Gala performance.
