I have a PhD in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo (2020), specializing in Human Factors and Human-computer Interaction. Prior to joining ³Ô¹ÏÍø, I was a researcher at the Human Optimization Modelling Lab at the University of Waterloo.
My research aims to understand human performance and behavior in complex sociotechnical systems. This has resulted in the following four inter-related programs of research:
