I received my MA from McMaster University in 2003 and my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2013. Since 2014 I have been an instructor in the Leadership Department with the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences at ³Ô¹ÏÍø. I have provided coaching and guidance to students on how to achieve success while working on projects to help prepare them for their future professional careers and project management industry certifications. I have over 15 years of project leadership experience delivering technology products and services for some of Canada's largest IT companies including BlackBerry, OpenText and Manulife. I have subject matter expertise in both waterfall and agile project delivery and product management functions with a focus on scrum, kanban and SAFe agile methodologies. In addition to my corporate and teaching experience, I am also an entrepreneur. I founded in 2020 to help clients in the IT, education and Web3 industries with their project, program and portfolio development and execution needs.
